Job summary

E7Tok is seeking a Creative Production Manager in Singapore to lead a team of content creators, videographers, and editors from concept through delivery. You will drive storytelling quality, oversee pre-production, production, and post-production, and ensure aligned creative output for diverse client campaigns.

You will mentor juniors, introduce new workflows, and stay ahead of platform trends to deliver engaging short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a production house, creative agency, media company, or digital content environment.
• Experience leading a creative production team.
• Strong portfolio of social media video projects.
• Excellent storytelling, storyboarding, and directing skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of videography, lighting, audio, and editing workflows.
• Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Able to manage multiple productions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of content creators, videographers, and editors.

• Brainstorm viral content ideas and campaign concepts.

• Plan shoot concepts, locations, props, and talent requirements.
• Ensure all productions are well prepared before filming.
• Direct social media video shoots.
• Guide presenters and talent during filming.
• Ensure strong visual storytelling and production quality.
• Review and approve video edits before client delivery.
• Provide constructive feedback on pacing, hooks, captions, transitions, and storytelling.
• Maintain consistent editing standards across the team.
• Ensure every video meets E7Tok's quality standards.
• Balance creativity with client objectives and platform performance.
• Coach and train junior creatives.
• Introduce new production techniques, workflows, and creative processes.
• Conduct regular creative reviews and knowledge sharing.
