Job summary

Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd (Coca-Cola Singapore) is a strategic concentrate manufacturing plant in Asia, exporting concentrates and beverage bases for ASEAN, South Pacific and Southwest Asia. It is based in Tuas, Singapore, and positioned for growth as a digital transformation leader in CPS.

The role focuses on identifying process improvements, leading CAPEX investments, installing and qualifying equipment, and providing engineering support to ensure efficient, compliant plant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Food Science or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in liquid manufacturing or liquid batch processing environments.
• Experience delivering enhancements to systems.
• Knowledge of managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Project management skills including planning and organizing.
• Be able to identify problems, root cause and preventative measures.
• Strong knowledge of PIDs, pipefitting, electrical, controls, pumps, mixers, compressors, welding, building repair.
• Willingness to take ownership in maintaining facilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities for manufacturing processes and create actions to boost efficiency.
• Review and improve manufacturing processes for effective practices.
• Recommend, innovate and implement revised methods in the plant.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for all work centers and facilities.
• Lead CAPEX investments and equipment installations for CPS Singapore Plant.
• Provide Engineering support to all other plant functions.
