Job summary

Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd (Coca-Cola Singapore) is seeking a CPS SG Project/Process Engineer based in Tuas, Singapore. You will identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, lead CAPEX projects, and provide engineering support across plant operations.

The role requires a 2-year track record in liquid manufacturing, a relevant engineering degree, and strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Food Science or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in liquid manufacturing or liquid batch processing environments, preferably involving blending, mixing, piping/transfer systems, or CIP processes
• Demonstrate experience of delivering enhancements to systems is required
• Knowledge and experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders is strongly desired
• Project management skills including planning and organizing
• Influencing skills
• Ability to identify problems, root cause and preventative measures
• Strong knowledge of PIDs, pipefitting, electrical, controls, pumps, mixers, compressors, welding, general building repair
• Willingness to take ownership in maintaining facilities and pride in results of work
• Team oriented, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude
• Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload

Responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities for any part of the manufacturing processes and create actions to further improve the systems to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Review and improve the manufacturing processes to ensure effective and efficient practices are executed.
• Trouble-shoot and resolve technical problems for all manufacturing work centers and plant facilities.
• Lead, coordinate and implement CAPEX investments, equipment installations & process improvement projects for CPS Singapore Plant.
• Provide Engineering support to all other functions in the plant.
