Job summary

Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd (Coca-Cola Singapore) in Tuas, Singapore, is seeking a Project/Process Engineer with 2 years of liquid manufacturing experience to drive process improvements and lead CAPEX projects. You will review current manufacturing practices, implement efficient methods, and troubleshoot issues across multiple work centers.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Food Science or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in liquid manufacturing or liquid batch processing environments, preferably involving blending, mixing, piping/transfer systems, or CIP processes.
• Demonstrate experience delivering enhancements to systems.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders is desirable.
• Strong planning and organizing skills; ability to influence and lead teams.
• Knowledge of PIDs, pipefitting, electrical controls, pumps, mixers, compressors, welding, and building repair.

Responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities in manufacturing processes and create actions to drive efficiency.
• Review and improve processes to ensure effective practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in manufacturing centers.
• Lead CAPEX investments, equipment installations and process improvement projects in CPS Singapore Plant.
• Provide engineering support to all plant functions.
