Job summary

Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd (Coca-Cola Singapore) in Tuas, Singapore, is seeking a CPS Project/Process Engineer to drive efficiency in manufacturing by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing new methods. The role requires hands-on problem solving and CAPEX project leadership across the CPS Singapore Plant.

We value candidates with a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 2 years’ experience in liquid processing, with strong project management, PID knowledge, and the ability to coordinate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Food Science or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in liquid manufacturing or liquid batch processing environments, preferably involving blending, piping/transfer systems, or CIP processes
• Demonstrated experience delivering enhancements to systems and managing multi-stakeholder projects

Responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities for manufacturing processes and create actions to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Review and improve manufacturing processes for effective and efficient practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for all manufacturing work centers and plant facilities.
• Lead, coordinate and implement CAPEX investments, equipment installations & process improvement projects for CPS Singapore Plant.
• Provide Engineering support to all other functions in the plant.
