Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd (Coca-Cola Singapore) is seeking a finance professional to join the team in Tuas, Singapore. The role covers business planning, inventory, and close processes, with a focus on OPEX reporting and partnership with Shared Services.

The ideal candidate has SAP experience, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and prior manufacturing operations exposure. You will influence managerial decisions through scenario analyses and maintain high-quality financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely and accurate monthly financial forecasts and results.
• Partners with Shared Services and operating units with data and insights on sales/COGS.
• Supports controls, compliance, and process improvements.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the Finance team, this roleincludes but is not limited to all tasks related to business planning, physicalinventory, and general accounting.

• Leads OPEX reporting and analysis (actuals, Business Plan and monthly Rolling Estimates). Ensure measures to resolve issues and drive positive business results.

• Prepares inventory exposure analysis and reporting. Support physical inventory counts as part of the cycle counting procedures and audit.

• Ensure high-quality,accurateandtimelyreporting of monthly financial forecasts and results (includingmanagementP&Ls, operating capital, variance analyses).

• Plant finance partner (KAM) to Shared Services and Operating Units, providing data and insights related to sales and COGS.

• Supports controls and compliance activities.

• Contribute toongoing continuesimprovement of accounting systems and business processes to increaseefficiency.

• Assistwith special projects as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS& RELATED EXPERIENCE

• Experience using SAP (or other ERP)

• Experience using MS Excel

• Power BI experience is a plus

• Prior experience in manufacturing operations preferred

• Comfortable with ambiguity and building scenario analysis to support managerial decision making

• Proven ability to effectively communicate, influence, and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
