Job summary

DNV Group in Singapore is seeking a Country Business Development Manager to join the Sales team of Business Assurance SEA & Oceania. You will report to the Area Sales Manager, SEA & Oceania, and lead efforts to grow the local client base for certification and training services.

You will build strong relationships with key accounts, identify new opportunities, drive sales performance, negotiate terms, and represent DNV at local events and conferences to promote the service portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the account base for the Business Assurance unit.
• Serve as a primary contact for key accounts, fostering strong client relationships.
• Generate new business opportunities for certification and training services.
• Drive personal sales performance by developing business relationships and implementing effective sales and business development strategies to achieve targets.
• Maintain and strengthen customer loyalty, managing recertification and retention of existing clients by addressing queries and renegotiating terms to ensure continued partnership with DNV.
• Proactively identify and approach target companies, generating business opportunities aligned with DNV’s service portfolio.
• Build and nurture a local network of partners (consultants, channels).
• Negotiate and finalize business contracts to achieve individual sales goals.
• Represent DNV at local events, tradeshows, conferences, and exhibitions.
