KF Employment Consultants is seeking a Costing & Tenders Executive (Lighting) for a permanent, full-time role at Kaki Bukit, Singapore. You will prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, review drawings, and take off lighting quantities.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field with 2-3 years' costing or tendering experience, and solid Excel skills; Dialux or GeBIZ knowledge is advantageous.

Salary: S$2,700-S$3,800/month

Location: Kaki Bukit

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am-6pm | Permanent, Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions.

• Compare supplier quotations and propose cost-effective alternatives.
• Track tender deadlines, follow up on quotations, and hand over awarded projects.
