Job summary

UNITED PERSONNEL SERVICES is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage pre- and post-contract activities, evaluate tenders, prepare Bills of Quantities, and assist with cost estimation. The role requires a Diploma in QS or related field and at least 3 years exposure in M&E or lighting industries.

You will review subcontractors' progress claims, prepare payment certifications, coordinate site meetings, monitor deliveries and provide contract administration support.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Building, Architecture or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in M&E or lighting industry.
• Familiarity with tendering, cost estimation and contract administration is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office with good written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Singaporean only need apply.
