Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a construction cost/quantity surveyor to prepare material take-offs, labor projections and overall budget estimates during the pre-construction phase.

You will draft tender documents, analyse bids, and assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, while tracking expenses and CVR to prevent budget overruns. The role also involves managing claims and variations through to final accounting.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have a degree in Building/Quantity Surveying/Civil/Structural Engineering or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate material take-offs, labor projections and overall budget estimates during pre-construction.
• Draft tender documents, analyze vendor bids, and help negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Track project expenses, evaluate site progress, and manage cost-value reconciliations to prevent budget overruns.
• Manage contractual claims, evaluate variations, and process interim payment valuations through to settlement.

Education

Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying/Civil/Structural Engineering or other related courses
