Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a cost control professional to prepare material take-offs, labor projections, and overall budget estimates during the pre-construction phase.

You will draft tender documents, analyze vendor bids, negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, track expenses, evaluate CVR reports to prevent overruns, and manage contractual claims through final settlement. This role supports project teams across Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying/Civil/Structural Engineering or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate material take-offs, labor projections, and overall budget estimates during the pre-construction phase.
• Draft tender documents, analyze vendor bids, and help negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Track project expenses, evaluate site progress, and manage cost-value reconciliations (CVR) to prevent budget overruns.
• Manage contractual claims, evaluate variations, and process interim payment valuations through to settling the final account.

Education

Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying/Civil/Structural Engineering or other related courses
