Job summary

redfish solutions ltd is looking for a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join its Singapore team on a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across South East Asia.

The role covers both pre-contract and post-contract cost management, with responsibilities including cost plans, feasibility studies, tender analysis, valuations, variations and final accounts, liaising with clients, consultants and contractors in a fast-paced consultancy.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 1+ years' experience; 4+ years desirable.
• Consultancy experience in cost management/quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of pre-contract and post-contract services.
• Experience using CostX.
• MRICS qualified or working towards chartership preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Residency in Singapore required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cost management services throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Prepare cost plans, estimates and feasibility studies.
• Undertake tender documentation, tender analysis and procurement advice.
• Manage valuations, payment applications and cost reporting.
• Assess and negotiate variations and change control.
• Prepare final accounts and support project close-out.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist in maintaining high standards of commercial and contractual advice.
