THREESIXTY COST MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. invites a Qualified Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management initiatives in our Singapore projects.

You will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence, and provide cost-related decision support across pre-, during, and post-construction stages. The role requires a recognized QS degree, 1–3 years in cost consultancy, strong knowledge of contract forms and measurement standards, and the ability to work

Qualifications

Recognized Degree in Quantity Surveying.
1–3 years in cost consultancy/contracts management.
Higher years considered for senior roles.
Strong pre/post-contract knowledge.
Good knowledge of contract forms/conditions.
Familiar with standard forms of measurement (SMM, etc.).
Membership with SISV, RICS or AIQS preferred.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Excellent people skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

Oversee projects from inception to completion on time and budget.
Formulation of procurement strategy, tender documentation, cost reports and cost plans, tender evaluation.
Review variation orders, assess costs, monthly financials, progress payments, final accounts.
Provide cost and financial advice and contractual support through pre-, construction and post-construction stages.
