Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Cost Manager in Singapore to lead cost planning and analysis for data center developments. You will create estimates, manage tender processes, and communicate variances to project teams.

You will participate in settlements and final accounts, ensuring clients obtain best value from Works Undertaken. Strong collaboration, travel flexibility, and client-facing skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects, ideally large-scale.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Ability to travel for short periods to meet clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments in data center projects.
• Support project management with cost documentation and timely communication.
• Participate in tender/bid documentation, analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spend with valuations and cost reports; communicate variations clearly.
• Assist in final accounts, handling claims to ensure client value.
• Resolve commercial, change order, and contract issues promptly and fairly.
