Linesight PTE. LIMITED is seeking an Associate, Cost Management in Singapore to lead client relationships and deliver cost management on large-scale projects. You will drive cost plans, valuations, and reporting while guiding a team toward excellence.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and strong communication to ensure timely decisions, accurate cost documentation, and sustained client value in a dynamic consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in cost management, preferably in consultancy for large-scale projects.
• Degree in project management or construction discipline.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Chartered status or path to chartership; support available.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Strong client relationship and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key account manager in Singapore cost management team.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to your employees.
• Lead the team to deliver high-quality client value.
• Participate in tender/bid processes from documentation to reporting.
• Create estimates and cost plans for key developments.
• Oversee project spend with valuations and cost reports and communicate variations.
• Support nimble project management through cost documentation and timely communication.
