Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cost Engineer to prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for projects in Singapore. The role involves monitoring costs, variances, and providing forecasts while supporting procurement and contract administration.

You will coordinate with stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions and maintain competitive pricing through market analysis and benchmarking. 2–5 years in Cost Engineering or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or M&E / Building Services.
• Strong knowledge of building M&E systems (lighting, electrical panels, gensets, fire protection, ACMV).
• Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
