Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our project teams in Singapore. You will prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, budgets and progress claims, and monitor costs, revenues and margins.
You should hold a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Engineering or related discipline with 3–5 years of relevant QS experience. Experience in FM, Building Services or M&E projects is preferred.
Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, quotations, and budgets.
Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and tender documents.
Monitor project costs, revenue, and gross margins.
Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations, claims, and payments.
Manage contractual matters, commercial risks, and cost recovery.
Maintain accurate records and prepare commercial reports.
Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams.
Support M&E, FM, A&A, and ad-hoc projects with cost and contract management.
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant QS experience.
Experience in Facilities Management, Building Services, or M&E projects preferred.
Good knowledge of tendering, contract administration, cost control, and claims management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS-related software.
