Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking an Engineer, LEW for annual shutdowns, lighting systems, and project management. You will plan and execute electrical shutdowns, perform maintenance, inspect lighting systems, and lead projects with a focus on safety and reliability.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 3–5 years of electrical maintenance experience. You will supervise vendors and engage clients, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Min Grade 7 Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification (EMA-recognized).
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations.
