Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Engineer (M&E) to provide engineering support for ACMV services, supervise site works and coordinate multiple trades. The role requires a strong background in ACMV, project documentation, and safety/compliance adherence.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in air-conditioning or ACMV projects, with a Diploma/Degree in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering and proficiency in MS Office; MS Project/PMOK is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in air-conditioning installation or ACMV projects.
• Diploma or degree in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Experience handling schematics, as-built drawings, O&M and T&C docs; proficient in MS Office; MS Project/PMOK an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork with safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise M&E site works, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and trades to meet schedules and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, architects, clients and suppliers for smooth project execution.

• Prepare quotations/POs and assist in timely, cost-effective project completion.

About the Role

• Provide engineering technical support for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ad hoc repair/replacement works for ACMV services.

• Supervise and coordinate M&E site works, including subcontractors, suppliers, and multiple trades, ensuring compliance with project schedules, specifications, and safety requirements.

• Coordinate with project stakeholders including engineers, consultants, architects, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Manage project documentation and T&C, including reports, method statements, shop drawings, material submissions, T&C records, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.

• Ensure timely and cost-effective project completion, including preparing quotations/POs, resolving technical issues promptly, and carrying out other duties assigned by management.

About You

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in air-conditioning installation or relevant ACMV projects.

• Diploma/Degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.

• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.

• Able to handle schematics, as-built drawings, O&M and T&C documentation; proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of MS Project/PMOK is an advantage.

• Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills, with strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
