Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a Professional Services Consultant/EE based in Singapore. In this high-impact role, you will support customers in adopting our Security Operating Platform, enhancing their security posture. You will act as a dedicated Subject Matter Expert, guiding strategic initiatives and technical implementations in cybersecurity.

Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of experience with Cortex XDR, strong Linux and Windows skills, and a background in cybersecurity incident response.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience working on Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR.
• Prior experience in a Category 2 or higher Security Cleared environment in Singapore.
• Cortex XDR or XSIAM certifications are highly regarded.
• Detailed technical experience in high-end security solutions installation and operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Incident Response leveraging Cortex XSIAM.
• Lead Cortex XSIAM technical automation implementation in customer environments.
• Interact with Security and IT technologies for seamless integrations.

Skills

Experience with Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR

Strong understanding of Windows and Linux

Cybersecurity incident response experience

Experience with IDS/IPS, SEIM, Endpoint solutions

Proficiency in Python or other programming languages

Excellent communication skills
