Hustle in Singapore is seeking a Corporate Training Consultant to connect with HR, L&D, and business leaders, assess client needs, and shape tailored training solutions that grow long-term accounts.

You will lead discovery, propose customised programs, and guide clients on available funding. The role requires driving sales, managing pipelines, and collaborating with trainers to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in training, education or HR solutions is advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

As a Corporate Training Consultant, you'll be the link between Hustle and HR, L&D and business leaders. You'll understand each client's needs, shape tailored training solutions and grow long-term accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new corporate leads through outreach, networking, events and referrals
• Run discovery conversations to understand clients' skills gaps and training goals
• Prepare tailored proposals and quotations, working with our trainers and curriculum team
• Advise clients on available funding and subsidies, where applicable
• Manage the full sales cycle through to closing, and keep the CRM up to date
• Grow and retain existing accounts through regular follow-ups and repeat programmes
• Coordinate with operations to deliver a smooth client experience
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
