Job summary

State Bank of India Singapore (SBIS) is seeking an organized professional to support onboarding and ongoing maintenance of corporate and retail accounts. The role focuses on end-to-end onboarding processes, timely reviews, and handling customer requests such as bank reference letters and stop payments.

You will also process audit confirmations and follow up on requests from customers and auditors, contributing to operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with banking standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma is required.
• 1 year of banking experience handling corporate/retail accounts.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Handling end-to-end process of corporate/retail accounts onboarding.
• Maintenance of corporate/retail accounts like timely review of the accounts.
• Process other requests of corporate/retail customers like prepare bank reference letters, stop cheque payments etc.
• Process audit confirmation request for corporate/retail customers/auditors and follow-up.
