Qualifications

• Five years of experience in account documentation review or similar

Responsibilities

• Review account opening documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify deficient documents and coordinate follow-ups with clients and Relationship Managers.
• Update data from source documents into the Bank's Client Onboarding System.
• Monitor outstanding documentation to ensure timely submission.
• Collaborate with Compliance to align with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to implementing a controls framework to mitigate errors.
