Job summary

Your role

This is a dynamic, client-facing role that bridges corporate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) goals with impactful, real-world execution. As the primary point of contact between corporate clients and Inclus, you will drive business development and relationship management—partnering directly with corporate HR, Learning & Development (L&D), and Culture teams.

Your core mission is to help companies build truly inclusive workplaces. You will advocate for, propose, and coordinate tailored training solutions—ranging from immersive onboarding/orientation modules and culture-building workshops to formal certification programs for managing and working alongside Persons with Disabilities (PWDs).

Key Responsibilities

• B2B Partnership Development: Proactively engage and build relationships with corporate prospects, HR leaders, and L&D managers to advocate for inclusive workplace training and culture-building initiatives.
• Solution Pitching & Needs Assessment: Consult with corporate clients to understand their DEI maturity, onboarding frameworks, and training needs, proposing relevant Inclus training modules, workshops, and certification programs.
• Account Management & Coordination: Act as the main point of contact and bridge between corporate clients and the Inclus training/operations team, ensuring seamless delivery, logistics coordination, and post-training engagement.
• Ecosystem & Stakeholder Engagement: Network with industry partners, HR associations, and government agencies (e.g., SG Enable) to stay updated on training grants, SEN frameworks, and industry best practices to add value to corporate partners.
• Program Feedback & Relationship Growth: Gather client feedback post-training to measure impact, nurture long-term corporate relationships, and identify opportunities for ongoing engagement or upgraded certification pathways.

• The Relationship Builder: You are confident engaging corporate stakeholders—from HR executives to L&D heads—and comfortable pitching the business value of DEI and inclusive culture.
• The Heart & Mindset: Whether you are a fresh graduate or an experienced professional, you possess a genuine passion for inclusivity and a drive to make a tangible impact in the corporate space.
• Disability Experience: While not mandatory, prior professional experience working within the disability sector or personal lived experience with disabilities is a strong plus.
• Effective Communicator & Coordinator: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate training value propositions clearly, manage client expectations, and keep multi-stakeholder projects moving smoothly.
• Adaptable Problem-Solver: Resourceful, organized, and calm under pressure. You excel at navigating client requirements and finding win-win solutions between corporate schedules and training delivery.
• Eager Learner: You don’t need to know every DEI policy, grant scheme, or disability framework on day one. We value a growth mindset and a readiness to learn on the job alongside our team.
