Qualifications

• Experience engaging with corporate HR, L&D, and culture teams is preferred.
• Ability to design or coordinate training solutions for diverse workplaces.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients to advocate for inclusive training programs.
• Assess client DEI maturity and training needs, proposing Inclus solutions.
• Coordinate delivery with training/operations teams and manage post-training engagement.
• Engage with industry partners and government bodies to stay informed on grants and best practices.
• Gather client feedback to nurture ongoing partnerships and growth.
