Job summary

Kydon Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations and Partnerships Manager to join our Kent Ridge/Science Park office. This full-time role drives operational excellence and builds strategic partnerships within our education initiatives.

You will coordinate amongst stakeholders, manage partner relationships, and ensure compliance with SkillsFuture and local regulations. The role combines operations oversight with relationship management to support growth in education and training.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operations management, programme coordination or partnership development experience.
• Education or training sector experience preferred.
• Regulatory knowledge of SkillsFuture, WSQ, or SSG-regulated programs.
• Direct experience with SSG ATO application processes is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written communication for compliance documentation, SOPs, and partner-facing reports.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partnership & Stakeholder Operations: Own partner relationships end-to-end, contracting, governance and day-to-day touch points.
• Program & Delivery Operations: Align partnership management, compliance requirements, curriculum workflows and enrolment funnels.
• Regulatory & Grant Governance: Lead SSG ATO compliance and work with SkillsFuture schemes and local regulations.
• Vendor & Content Direction: Review and approve curriculum delivered in-house and by training partners for alignment with accreditation standards.
• Enrolment & Compliance Oversight: Direct external marketing and enrolment campaigns while adhering to PDPA and local standards.

About the role Kydon Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations and Partnerships Manager to join our team at our Kent Ridge/Science Park office. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving operational excellence and fostering strategic partnerships within our educational initiatives. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless coordination between various stakeholders whilst building and maintaining key relationships that support our organisational objectives. This role combines operational oversight with relationship management, making it essential to our continued growth and success in the education and training sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnership & Stakeholder Operations: Own partner relationship end-to-end, managing contracting, joint governance, and day-to-day operational touch points.
• Program & Delivery Operations: Pull partnership management, compliance requirements, curriculum workflows, and enrolment funnels into a cohesive operation.
• Regulatory & Grant Governance: Lead our SSG Approved Training Organisation (ATO) compliance and maintain ongoing work within SkillsFuture schemes and local regulations.
• Vendor & Content Direction: Review and sign off on curriculum delivered in-house and training partners to ensure alignment with academic and SkillsFuture accreditation standards.
• Enrolment & Compliance Oversight: Direct external marketing and enrolment campaigns, ensuring recruitment pipelines run smoothly while adhering strictly to PDPA and local operational standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in operations management, programme coordination or partnership development, preferably within the education or training sector.
• Regulatory Expertise: Working knowledge of SkillsFuture, WSQ, or SSG-regulated programs; direct experience with SSG ATO application processes is a strong advantage.
• Partner & Vendor Management: Proven ability to direct external vendors and partners effectively rather than executing routine content creation or marketing tasks directly.
• Communication & Documentation: Excellent written communication skills for creating compliance documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), operations manuals, and partner-facing reports.
• Mindset: Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions
