Job summary

POLWEL Co-operative Society Limited in Singapore is seeking a diligent financial services professional to process and administer loan and fixed deposit applications, maintain accurate member and operational records, and prepare reconciliations and reports.

You will support members across service channels, contribute to system improvements, and assist with daily operations of the Financial Services function, requiring a degree or diploma and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume transactions and records.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Process and administer loan and fixed deposit applications and transactions.
• Maintain accurate member, financial and operational records.
• Prepare reconciliations, statements, reports and related documentation on loan repayment and operational records.
• Provide professional support and guidance to members on financial products and services across multiple service channels.
• Support business systems, digital initiatives and process improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Financial Services function.
