Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Corporate Event Planner to handle sales, coordination and operations for corporate events at City Hall and other venues in Singapore.

You will manage venues for galas, product launches, seminars and concerts, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. Applicants should have a Diploma and at least 1 year of related experience, with flexibility to work weekends/Public Holidays and to take days off in lieu.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• At least 1 year experience in event/hotel boutique/sales/operations.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays with day off in lieu.

Responsibilities

• Sales, marketing, coordination and operation of corporate events.
• Monitor event activities for compliance and participant satisfaction.
• Inspect facilities to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate services for events including catering, signage, AV and transportation.
• Plan programs, budgets and timelines per customer requirements.
