Job summary

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree with at least 4 years in Corporate Banking Client Servicing, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma or Degree holder with at least 4 years experience in Corporate Banking Client Servicing.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Banking products/processes with end-to-end understanding.
• Structured agile multitasking customer centric individual.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast paced environment, meet deadlines, and work with a wide range of time sensitive issues.
• Excellent relationship building & accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve customer enquiries from point of receipt to closure within SLA.
• Provide best in class value added services, prompt & accurate advice.
• Manage, deepen & strengthen customers’ relationships through exemplary services and uphold the highest service standards.
• Collaborate actively with respective stakeholders to address, resolve customers queries & provide the best solutions.
• Identify process gaps, review root cause, track internal follow up to prevent recurrence & drive process improvement.
• Work cohesively as a team and maintain good working environment.
• Any other projects/ tasks as assigned.
