Job summary

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) in Singapore seeks an Analyst/Associate to support the Singapore Local Corporate clients with relationship management and deal execution in corporate banking. Qualifications

• Degree qualification required.
• Analyst: minimum 2 years' experience in banking and finance.
• Associate: minimum 4 years’ experience in banking and finance.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate finance.

Responsibilities

• Assist relationship management and coverage of Singapore Local Corporate clients in various sectors.
• Support execution of corporate financing transactions for corporate clients.
• Prepare client presentations and develop client relationships through deal execution and pitching.
• Prepare internal materials and assist with managing internal approval processes.
• Assist with review/ negotiate legal documentation incl. commitments papers and credit agreements.
