Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1-5 years of corporate finance and/or capital markets, M&A experience across banking or corporate.
• Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in financial modelling.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, multitasking and time management skills.
• Proactive, motivated and able to develop practical solutions to complex transaction and client challenges.

Responsibilities
