Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a responsible Corporate Actions Analyst to supervise and coordinate corporate action events across markets. You will escalate issues, ensure accurate processing of dividends and actions, and liaise with exchanges, custodians, and issuers. Strong Excel and communication skills required.

1 year of relevant experience preferred; diploma or degree holder. You will play a key role in US tax reporting and QI certification, maintaining strict documentation and supporting

Qualifications

• BP/BA required: Diploma/Degree holder with 1 year relevant experience
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macro)
• Proven ability to lead with influence and work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Corporate action events and be the escalation point for the team
• Process Corporate actions including dividends, rights issue, stock splits, tender offers and mergers
• Monitor and interpret event details from exchanges, custodians and issuers
• Reconcile entitlements and payments received from custodians
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of corporate actions and dividend payments for all markets and notify clients and traders promptly
• Handle enquiries related to corporate action events
• Knowledgeable in US tax reporting and QI certification and perform periodic tax reporting
• Comply with procedures and maintain documentation
• Evaluate and streamline processes to ensure efficiency and controls
• Lead projects and coordinate system testing until implementation
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Processing of Corporate action including dividends, rights issue, stock splits, tender offer and mergers.


• Monitoring, interpreting event details from exchanges, custodians and issuers.

• Handling enquiries related to corporate action events.

• Evaluate and streamline existing processes to ensure efficiency and adequate controls


• Lead projects and coordinate system testing till implementation.


• Other ad-hoc duties/ projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder with 1 year relevant experience
