Job summary

Capital Group in Singapore seeks a Portfolio Implementation Compliance Analyst to oversee the Capital System and ensure alignment with prospectus and internal guidelines, collaborating with PIO, PSM, and stakeholders across Trading, Legal, and Client groups.

Work independently on standard tasks and contribute to department projects, driving efficiency and risk mitigation while delivering actionable reports and data-driven insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a general understanding of Capital System, investment process, and Strategy Management within the Investment Group.
• Shows ability to apply PIC policies, procedures, and systems to work assignments.
• Exhibits knowledge of Capital Group processes and market practices to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PIO/PSM and stakeholders on strategy activities and capital system deliverables.
• Perform compliance, eligibility, ownership, tax checks and obtain internal approvals as needed.
• Develop reports to highlight discrepancies and support portfolio compliance.
• Monitor cash flows and provide timely updates to Investment Group and IG.
• Assist in problem-solving to minimize dispersion between reference and strategies.
