Job summary

The Japan Research Institute, Limited (Singapore Branch) is recruiting a senior business transformation specialist to lead discovery and process re-engineering across banking workflows. You will design intuitive end-to-end experiences for corporate clients and internal users, leveraging UX prototyping, design thinking, and AI-enabled insights.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, run workshops, map journeys, and define implementation guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 12+ years in Business Analysis, Process Transformation, UX/Service Design, Product Management or Digital Transformation, preferably in Banking.
• Proven experience leading complex discovery, process re-engineering and customer/employee experience initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking processes (Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, Payments, Cash Management, Treasury, Lending, Onboarding).
• CBAP, Design Thinking, UX/Service Design, Agile, Scrum certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand current-state processes and identify transformation opportunities.
• Lead solution design, user journeys, wireframes and prototypes
• Conduct user research, usability tests and prototype validation with corporate clients and internal teams.
• Apply GenAI and innovative tools to accelerate analysis, design and prototyping.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, AI and Delivery teams to preserve solution intent and guide implementation.
