Job summary

OCBC Singapore seeks a Technology Architecture professional to design and implement innovative banking solutions. You will drive end-to-end architecture, ensure governance, and collaborate with analysts, developers and project managers to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.

With a focus on core banking modernization, you will work hands-on with the engineering team, mentor staff, and promote a learning culture within a supportive and innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of technology solution implementation or architecture experience in core banking.
• At least 3 years in microservices design architecture, messaging, Java/J2EE, Cloud and infra setup.
• Experience in core banking domain such as deposits or loans is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end architectural design for core banking solutions.
• Define architecture governance and perform design reviews.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers and project managers to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Provide detailed design using microservices patterns and domain-driven design.
• Mentor staff and guide cross-functional teams on architecture decisions.
