Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a customer-facing Copilot Digital Cloud Solution Architect to help enterprises evaluate, deploy, and drive adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot. The role requires deep Microsoft 365 expertise, AI adoption experience, and strong governance and security knowledge.

You will guide customers through their Copilot transformation journey, focusing on AI readiness, governance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement, and work closely with internal teams to identify

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on deployment or adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience assessing AI readiness and governance in enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive.
• Experience with governance, information protection, and security best practices.
• Proven customer-facing consulting or advisory experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess readiness for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption.
• Support deployment and adoption of Copilot solutions.
• Advise on AI readiness, governance, compliance, and security.
• Evaluate environments for data governance and identity permissions.
• Conduct discovery workshops and readiness assessments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to prioritise opportunities.
• Act as trusted advisor throughout the Copilot journey.
