Job summary

Changi Airport Group is seeking a Manager to lead the Microsoft Agents & Power Platform CoE, guiding teams to design, build, and govern automation and AI agent solutions. You will ensure secure integration with enterprise data sources and mentor engineers and BAs to deliver scalable, high-quality platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in software development, automation engineering, or AI-enabled solution delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure).
• Experience designing and operating production systems with focus on quality, security, lifecycle management.
• Experience leading mixed teams of engineers and Business Analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build the MAPP CoE for Microsoft-native agents and automation—Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI agents.
• Establish disciplined lifecycle management for agents and workflows, including testing, monitoring, and safe enhancement or retirement.
• Define governance controls and best practices for Power Platform and Copilot agent solutions.
• Lead a team of Business Analysts and enable them to translate business needs into implementable designs.
• Enable employees to self-build simple Power Automate flows and basic Copilot Chat or Lite agents.
• Measure and communicate value and ROI of MAPP CoE initiatives to stakeholders.
