In this role, you will bring deep expertise in AIBS, SharePoint, and the Microsoft 365 suite while helping customers optimize collaboration platforms, drive solution adoption, and support early-stage conversations around Microsoft Copilot capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical consultant supporting Government, Defense, and Public Sector customers in Singapore.


• Deliver expertise across AIBS, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 solutions to support collaboration, content management, and productivity initiatives.


• Engage stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend fit-for-purpose technology solutions aligned with operational goals.


• Support implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing administration of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.


• Facilitate preliminary discussions related to Microsoft Copilot, including use case exploration, readiness conversations, and solution positioning.


• Provide technical guidance, advisory support, and issue resolution across relevant Microsoft productivity and collaboration platforms.


• Partner with internal and client teams to ensure smooth onboarding, deployment readiness, and transition to operational support.


• Maintain high standards of service delivery, documentation, governance, and compliance within secure customer environments.


• Contribute to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and best practices across the broader delivery team.


• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.


• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in enterprise IT, digital workplace consulting, or Microsoft collaboration technologies.


• Strong hands-on expertise in AIBS, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 suite.


• Ability to support preliminary Microsoft Copilot discussions, including business use cases, readiness considerations, and stakeholder engagement.


• Experience working with Government, Defense, or Public Sector customers is strongly preferred.


• Must be a Singapore citizen due to customer support requirements in regulated and secure environments.


• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.


• Proven ability to operate in structured, compliance-driven, and customer-facing environments.


• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.


• Ability to manage priorities effectively and support rapid mobilization timelines.
