Job summary

Audemars Piguet Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator within the Customer Service Centre to manage spare parts and parts logistics, supporting workshop activities and ensuring inventory accuracy.

You will coordinate picking lists, shipments and returns, maintain stock records and work with internal teams to deliver timely service to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations or supply chain coordination.
• Experience with spare parts, inventory control or distribution processes is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, dependable and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office and inventory/ERP systems.
• Experience in luxury, technical service, manufacturing or customer service environments is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, verification and storage of spare parts and related documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock records accuracy through cycle counts.
• Prepare picking lists and coordinate timely distribution of spare parts to support workshop repairs.
• Support order management activities, including shipment coordination and customer follow-up.
• Coordinate shipment and return of components, ensuring compliance with logistics and customs where applicable.
• Monitor inventory movements and support forecasting to ensure stock availability.
• Maintain accurate records and support integrity of logistics and inventory processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to spare parts management and logistics flows.
• Collaborate with Customer Service teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and compliance with procedures and guidelines.

As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating spare parts flows and supporting the timely delivery of services to internal and external stakeholders.

In this context, you will be responsible for:
