Job summary

The role supports data analysis for SATS Truck Dock Slot Booking (TDSB) operations and administrative tasks within the Permits and communications teams in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work both in a team and independently with minimal supervision.

• Assist in the analysis of statistical data related to SATS Truck Dock Slot Booking (TDSB) operations.
• Support communications for Customer and Industry Relations matters, including monitoring customer feedback, calls, and correspondence.
• Assist the Permits Section with their daily operational tasks and administrative activities.
• Support ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as assigned by the team.
