Job summary

DOMESTIC MAID SPECIALIST is seeking an experienced operations professional to oversee cooked-food production, from preparation through distribution. You will plan workflows, implement SOPs, and lead teams to ensure quality, cost control, and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong HACCP knowledge, QA experience, and proven ability to manage procurement and inventory while coordinating with suppliers to maintain a stable supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or central kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and QA systems.
• Experience managing production teams and large-scale food prep processes.
• Understanding of cost control, production planning and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in cooked-food manufacturing including preparation, scheduling, packaging and distribution.
• Plan and manage production workflow for efficiency, cost control and timely delivery of finished products.
• Develop and implement SOPs to ensure product consistency and quality control.
• Manage procurement of raw materials and coordinate with suppliers for stable supply chain operations.
• Lead production teams: manpower planning, staff training and performance management.
• Oversee inventory management to minimise wastage and optimise stock levels.
