Job summary

DOMESTIC MAID SPECIALIST is seeking an experienced operations professional to oversee cooked-food production, from preparation through distribution. You will plan workflows, implement SOPs, and lead teams to ensure quality, cost control, and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong HACCP knowledge, QA experience, and proven ability to manage procurement and inventory while coordinating with suppliers to maintain a stable supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or central kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and QA systems.
• Experience managing production teams and large-scale food prep processes.
• Understanding of cost control, production planning and supply chain management.

Oversee the full spectrum of daily operations in cooked-food manufacturing, including food preparation, production scheduling, packaging and distribution.

Plan and manage production workflow to ensure efficiency, cost control and timely delivery of finished products (e.g. frozen meals, ready-to-eat food products).

Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain product consistency and quality control.

Manage procurement of raw materials and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stable supply chain operations.

Supervise and lead production teams, including manpower planning, staff training and performance management.

Oversee inventory management to minimise wastage and optimise stock levels.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or central kitchen operations, preferably in cooked or frozen food production.

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and quality assurance systems.

Proven experience in managing production teams and large-scale food preparation processes.

Good understanding of cost control, production planning and supply chain management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.
