Job summary

Lotus Thai Restaurant in East Region of Singapore is looking for a Cook/Chef—full-time or part-time—to join our kitchen team. You will operate a wok to prepare dishes and assist with daily kitchen tasks in a fast-paced environment.

We value self-motivated individuals who can maintain hygiene, order ingredients and assist with stock takes while collaborating with the team for smooth service. Flexible hours offer the chance to grow with the Outlet.

Qualifications

• Willing to use wok to cook.
• Ensure clean utensils and work area.
• Order Raw Material and Supplies for the kitchen
• Assists in stock take and storage of stock.
• Taking orders from Supervisor in charged.
• Work as a Team with the rest of the crew members, inside and outside the kitchen.
• Self-driven, hardworking and self-initiate.
• Full time or Part time (Flexible working hours)

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes using wok per menu and guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of utensils and work area.
• Assist in ordering raw materials and kitchen supplies.
• Support stock-taking and proper stock storage.
• Take directions from the supervisor in charge and execute tasks.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
