Job summary

LOTUS THAI RESTAURANT (KPT) PTE. LTD. is seeking hardworking and motivated personnel to join the Lotus Thai Family in the East Region of Singapore.

This role is full-time or part-time with flexible working hours, and applicants should expect contact via phone for shortlisted candidates. Key duties include assisting food preparation, maintaining a clean work area, ensuring kitchen equipment is safe, helping in stock-take, and preparing cooked dishes for in-house guests and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist food preparation
• Ensures clean work place and clean utensils
• Ensures kitchen equipment and structures are kept and maintained in safe and good working order at all times
• Assists in stock-take and storage of stocks
• Cook and ensure cooked food is ready for in-house customers / delivery
