Job summary

LeVeL33 Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on cook who is passionate about food and eager to learn. You will prepare dishes that meet our kitchen's quality and presentation standards and work closely with the Executive Chef.

This role requires flexibility to work weekends and public holidays in a fast-paced kitchen. You will also communicate with suppliers, monitor food safety, and contribute to a dynamic, guest-focused dining experience with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in food and beverage.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes that meet the kitchen's quality and presentation standards before serving to guests.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to monitor food quality and portion sizes to maintain consistency.
• Communicate purchasing needs clearly to suppliers and verify that deliveries meet restaurant's quality requirements.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols consistently.
• Adapt and follow the shift schedule which includes weekends and public holidays in a fast-paced kitchen operation.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operation.
