Job summary

JP Pepperdine Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Kitchen/Production Assistant to support daily food preparation and ensure quality for deliveries.

You will portion meat, assist in misc-en-place, prepare and pack soup for outlet deliveries, and help maintain kitchen cleanliness. This role requires 1-2 years of experience, willingness to work a six-day week including weekends and public holidays, and a collaborative mindset to help the team excel under pressure while upholding food safety

Responsibilities

• Portioning meat and butchery
• Assisting food preparation and misc-en-place

• Ensure Kitchen cleanliness
• Assisting in maintaining the storage area
• Understand and ensure complies with the mandatory food safety and hygiene standards and requirements at all times
• Perform other duties assigned by the Production Chef
