Job summary

Achieve Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to draft, review, and negotiate trade contracts for agricultural commodities. You will liaise with counterparties, manage risk, and ensure compliance with trading terms and internal policies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with at least 3 years of contract experience in commodity trading, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience handling contracts within commodity trading, preferably in agricultural commodities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across commercial and operations teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, amend, and manage trade contracts for agricultural commodities.
• Ensure contract terms are clear, accurate, and aligned with commercial agreements and trading practices.
• Liaise with counterparties to review comments and resolve discrepancies in contractual terms.
• Identify potential contractual and operational risks and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Work closely with traders, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
• Support internal stakeholders by advising on contract terms, clauses, and structures.
• Review and maintain standard contract templates and ensure alignment with GAFTA / FOSFA where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
