Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the Contracts Director, Contracts Manager and Planning & Engineering managers through contract lifecycles, claims, quotations and VO submissions.

You will monitor progress, measure variations and help finalize final accounts, taking on tasks assigned by senior management. Five-day work week and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Contracts Administration and submission for progress claim, quotation and VO (Variation Order) submission.
• Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD and the ability to learn new specialist software.

Responsabilités

• Support the Contracts Director/Contracts Manager and/or Planning & Engineering managers during the whole process of sub-contract project.
• Submission for progress claim, quotation and VO (Variation Order) submission.
• Monitor and keep track of project progress and responsible for measurement and valuation of variation in the work during the sub-contract project period.
• Finalize project's final account.
• Complete jobs given by the head or director.
