Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Construction Project Management or equivalent.
• Good command of spoken and written English; ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review contract requirements and prepare pro-forma letters and schedules to ensure timely submission of notices and particulars.
• Monitor contract completion, track delays, causes and impacts on the contract.
• Ensure timely and appropriate contractual correspondence and responses.
• Prepare and negotiate claims for extension of time, loss and expense, etc.
• Support quantity surveying and contract administration tasks (variations, payments, final accounts, tender review).
• Liaise with consultants/solicitors on claims and legal matters.
• Travel may be required; deployment may be centralized or site-based depending on project needs.
• Report to Contracts Manager and Department Head and collaborate with Construction Planner.
