Job summary

You will review terms, identify risks, manage progress, variation, and EOT claims, advise project teams on issues, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure thorough documentation. A leadership role with staff supervision is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract administration and commercial matters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review contract terms and identify risks, obligations, and opportunities to protect the company's commercial interests.
• Lead the preparation, submission, and negotiation of progress claims, variation claims, EOT claims, and counterclaims.
• Monitor contractual compliance and implement effective variation and claims management procedures.
• Advise project teams on contractual issues, additional payment claims, and potential disputes.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve contract-related matters.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all contractual submissions and correspondence.
• Lead, train, and supervise contract administration staff.
